Damage and Problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and if the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate and correct the problem.

General Returns
Products may be returned within 60 days of receipt. Refunds will be initiated upon receipt, inspection and approval of the merchandise. The refund amount will be a full refund.  
Items eligible for general return must meet the following conditions
All products and parts must be returned to receive a refund
We recommend taking photographs of the original packaging, product and any other packaging contents prior to return.
This is to ensure that the condition of your product is documented to support a seamless return process.

Canceling an Order
To cancel an order, please complete the contact form within 12 hours of purchase and select “Cancel.” If the order has already been shipped, we will be unable to cancel it.

Defective Products
For most defective products, you may request a return within 60 days of receipt and we will issue a full refund.
Please indicate the nature of the item's defect in the “Notes” section of the return form in your account.
If the item is determined to be defective, we will issue you a full refund.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have and once the return has been accepted, purchase the new item separately.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you if the refund has been approved. If approved, we will automatically refund you within 10 business days according to your original method of payment. Please keep in mind that it will also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and mail the refund.
